DaniLabb is operated by Danijela Burmaz in Serbia, focused on practical AI systems, business process automation, CRM and marketing operations. Danijela Burmaz is responsible for deciding how personal information is used on this website (the data controller). For privacy questions and requests, use the Contact page.

2. Information We Collect

The Contact form collects your first and last name, email address, subject and message. These fields are currently required to submit the form. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry, without passwords or sensitive personal information.

Form records include submission details and technical metadata, including the source page, submission time, IP address and browser user agent. Hosting servers also receive technical request information to deliver the website. Analytics cookies and your cookie preferences are described below.

Articles also allow comments, collecting a name, email, comment and optional website. Published comments can display your name, website and text; email is not publicly displayed. WordPress records comment IP addresses and browser information. An optional checkbox remembers comment details in your browser.

3. How We Use Information

We use inquiry details to respond and discuss the support you request. The legal bases are legitimate interests in requested correspondence and comment moderation, or necessary pre-contractual steps where you request them. Necessary technical processing supports operating and protecting the website. Legal obligations may require handling privacy requests or preserving relevant records.

Contacting DaniLabb does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

4. Analytics and Cookies

Google Analytics 4 is implemented through Site Kit by Google to measure website usage using identifiers and information about pages, browsers and devices. Google Search Console supports search-performance reporting; its connection does not itself demonstrate browser-cookie tracking.

CookieAdmin provides Accept All, Reject All and Customize controls. Necessary preferences remember your choice. Analytical cookies include _ga and _ga_V36TZTGE4X. The observed consent cookie lasts approximately 365 days; observed analytics cookie expiries were approximately 400 days.

5. Third-Party Services

Hosting and email-delivery providers process information needed to operate the website and send correspondence.

The form’s optional external integrations are disabled. No active newsletter signup.

6. Data Retention

Our retention policy is to keep inquiries only while needed for replies, follow-up, a resulting relationship, legal obligations or a specific dispute. Information should be reviewed and removed when those reasons end. Published comments may remain while relevant to the discussion, subject to review and applicable deletion rights.

7. Data Sharing and International Transfers

Information passes through website hosting and email infrastructure, and Google services may process it outside Serbia. This policy does not promise Serbia-only storage. Provider locations, processing terms and the applicable basis and safeguards for international transfers remain under review.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing. Use the Contact page and identify your request; proportionate identity verification may be needed.

You may complain to Serbia’s competent supervisory authority where applicable. Serbian law applies to the operator’s activities; GDPR applicability requires assessment of the actual activities and audience.

9. Data Security

The website uses HTTPS, and WordPress administration requires authentication. These measures reduce risk.
