I'm Danijela Burmaz, the person behind DaniLabb.
My professional background is in CRM, marketing operations, and business process improvement. I lead a CRM team at a U.S.-based SaaS company, where my work involves automation, data quality, business systems, reporting, and workflows across multiple teams.
That experience shapes how I approach AI. I believe useful automation starts with understanding the process, identifying where work breaks down, and building systems that people can actually use and trust.
From operational experience to practical AI
Through DaniLabb, I develop and document practical AI systems, combining automated workflows with validation, clear responsibilities, and human oversight.
My work focuses on making business processes simpler, reducing repetitive tasks, and connecting systems and information more effectively.
I also teach applied digital advertising in higher education, bringing practical tools and real-world examples into the learning process.
